Sodium Hyaluronate is a polysaccharide molecule, also known as hyaluronic acid. Synthesized by human cells and found in animals, it is a natural component of most connective tissues, such as synovial fluid and the vitreous humor of the eye. It participates in tissue moisturizing and structural support, and provides viscoelasticity, thus acting as a lubricant and shock absorber. Focusfreda's Medical Device Grade-SH MDI product is an injectable grade of sodium hyaluronate, a medical device-grade raw material suitable for use in Ophthalmic Viscoelastic Devices (OVDs), Dermal Fillers, Skin Booster Injections, Surgical Anti- Adhesion Products.
